Returns & Refunds

Every Vice Leonida item is custom printed just for you after you place your order. Nothing is made in advance or held in stock. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind or incorrect size.

Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. It lists exact measurements in centimetres and inches.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted, or is not the item, size or colour you ordered, we'll put it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact page with:

• your order number
• a clear photo of the problem (and of the label, if the size is wrong)

We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us and we'll help track it down.

Your rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
