These terms apply to your use of the Vice Leonida online store (the "Store") and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Our Store runs on Shopify.

1. Who we are

Vice Leonida is an independent, fan-made apparel brand. We are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. You can reach us through our Contact Us page.

2. Products are made to order

Every item is custom printed just for you after you place your order, through our print partner. Nothing is held in stock. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the finished product, and garment measurements can vary slightly, as shown in the size chart on each product page. Please check sizing carefully before you order.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes unless stated at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. We accept it once we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable, if there's a clear pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Production and delivery

Items are usually printed within 2–5 business days, then shipped. Delivery times shown are estimates and aren't guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns, cancellations and final sale

Because every item is custom made to order, all sales are final. Once production has started we can't accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. See our Refund policy for details. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Intellectual property

The designs, artwork, text and images on this Store belong to Vice Leonida. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission. Buying a product doesn't give you any rights to the design.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Store, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it for anything unlawful.

9. Liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on the Store when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you may also have the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
